We are upgrading our technology to be able to deliver a better newsletter and we need your help by resubmitting your information in the form to the right. In the name of total honesty, we want to tell you why we're asking for your name, email address, postal code and age. Our collective mom told us to call people by their names, so we're asking for yours to honor our mom and be polite.
We need your email address so that we can get the newsletter to you (snail mail is overrated). We are asking for your postal code so that we can give you geographically specific updates regarding tour dates, film screenings, and other events... it will also help us plan the tours. We are asking for your age to help us plan shows with age requirements that suit your needs.

- Hang posters: Print posters, hang them, and give them out on your campus, your local coffee shops, your sports fields, your churches and anywhere there are fans of music! Get started...
- Boston: unfortunately, we were unable to get an All Ages show in Boston. If you are under 18 years young and you would come to see Braddigan in Boston, let us know. Maybe we’ll have a special show just for you!
- California: if you are in California and would like to see Braddigan live in concert (or if you live in Des Moines and will drive to California to see Braddigan live in concert), email and let us know where you are, and how many friends would come with you.
- Benefit shows: A few shows this spring are for causes that we believe in and would like you to know about. We invite you to spend a few minutes checking out these organizations:

A Letter from Management
Dear Friends,
At the time this was written, Braddigan was still in Nicaragua, and in his absence the opening words of this newsletter are mine. There is a lot going on in the Braddigan world, and we want to do the best job we can to communicate all of the news to you. This is a particularly important newsletter for a few reasons, so we thank you in advance for checking everything out and contributing where you are able (like re-subscribing to the newsletter above and reviewing the albums on iTunes). My words pale in comparison to the articulate imagery in Braddigan’s notes to you, but in light of being in Nicaragua March 1-12 with Braddigan, Reinaldo and Tiago, I am compelled to share a little bit about the experience. Read on...
With love and respect,
James Kenly
A Myspace Renovation
Please accept this cordial invitation to an open house at Braddigan’s home on MySpace. It is newly renovated (many thanks to our friend Armistead Booker at Refresh) and we have opened our doors for self-guided tours. Come on over and show yourself around: there are new videos and new features like a Demand It button to bring Braddigan to your town and a MySpace Map to see where other visitors are from. There are also new songs and new videos on the way. We would love to hear from you... post a comment with your thoughts!

Side of the Road in Final Edits
Braddigan’s debut DVD release, Side of the Road, is nearly complete! Produced by Silver Edge Pictures, in association with Third Surfer Music, Side of the Road is part Braddigan concert (filmed at Jammin’ Java in Vienna, Virginia) and part documentary. Through backstage conversations captured that night, interviews, and startling footage from Nicaragua, director Kasey Kirby follows the multiple stories that unknowingly converged that night around the lightning smile of a girl who lives in La Chureca, the city trash dump in Managua, Nicaragua.
Side of the Road will be released on April 17, 2007 at Jammin’ Java in Vienna, Virginia and online.

Braddigan on iTunes!
At long last, Braddigan’s debut live recording, Live at Goucher College, is available on iTunes! Did you know that you can do more than just buy your favorite Braddigan songs to support the band? You can write a review of Watchfires and Live at Goucher College! Reviews help potential fans learn about the music and the band, and you can say that you are a published author... it's a win-win, right?
You can also create iMixes. Remember making mix tapes for your friends? You would labor over the song order and lyrical consistency so that the whole tape became a message about how you were feeling, the state of your friendship, or how boring math class was yesterday! With iMixes on iTunes, you can revisit that exciting chapter of your life, and promote Braddigan (and your other favorite indie bands) at the same time... it’s another win-win, right?
Here’s how: in iTunes, create a playlist that includes your favorite indie bands—be sure to include your favorite Braddigan songs from Watchfires and Live at Goucher—and your favorite rock n roll heroes, and when you’re finished, click on the arrow to the right of the playlist title and publish it!

Dia de Luz: March 6, 2007
On what was called the Day of Light, Braddigan led a group of nearly 500 people through the city trash dump in Managua, Nicaragua, known locally as La Chureca, to bring love, light and melody to the roughly 1,500 Nicaraguans who live and work there. The group walked through, over and into the trash, all the way inviting people to join the walk and ultimately meet at the soccer field for a concert to celebrate the day. Many individual adventures ensued, and in an effort to build the bridge while the footsteps are still warm, we have an initial collection coming soon! Also keep an eye out for recaps from journalists Jason Boyett (Relevant Magazine) and Bob Gulla in the next issues!

Desafio 2007
On March 9, 2007, Braddigan joined Central American legends Dante Gebel and Alex Campos on stage in front of 40,000 people for Global Connection International’s Desafio 2007. Braddigan, Reinaldo and Tiago played Fallin’ (sung "Cayendo" in Spanish), previously unreleased De El, and City on a Hill, and delivered a message on the importance of serving and embracing the community of people living in La Chureca.
Announcing Love, Light and Melody
Braddigan is proud to announce that his newly founded humanitarian organization, Love, Light and Melody, launches on April 9th! In response to the extreme poverty in La Chureca, LL&M has been founded to identify and meet the immediate needs of the people living and working there, to bring light and awareness to the social injustices lurking in the shadows, and to bring healing and rebuilding within the community through music and the arts.
